Academic Audit

Academic Audit information is offered in order to provide insight into areas of demonstrated strength and weakness of the student population. It is intended that this information will be helpful to the administration, the professional staff, and the Board of Education as we work collaboratively to develop an educational program that enables all students to think critically, solve problems and make decisions. It also serves as a document for the community to measure our progress on particular assessments.

The Academic Audit contains four parts:
Attendance rates for each of the schools in the district.
Examination of standardized testing results at the early primary grades.
Details regarding the results of certain State and National tests at the upper elementary grade levels.
Results of standardized tests and state assessments at grades seven and eight, Regents examinations, Advanced Placement tests, mean scores for the Scholastic Aptitude tests at the high school, and post-secondary choices for graduating students.
