Student Registration Information for Parents

To All Parents:
We have one central location for registering all students entering grades K-12 in the Millbrook Central School District, located at Millbrook Middle School at 43 Alden Place, Millbrook, NY.  We welcome your feedback at any time regarding the central registration process.  Here is a summary of the steps needed to register your child(ren):

  1. Collect all required documents.
  2. Call the Central Registration office at 845.677.4210, ext. 3101 to schedule your appointment.
  3. Register all of your school age and preschool children at the Central Registration office.
  4. You will then be referred to the building where your child(ren) will attend for further information. Contact information will be provided to you during the registration process.
  5. Building staff will enroll your student, provide your student schedule/teacher assignments and other important information.

For Students Entering Grades K-12:

Please bring the Documents listed below:

  • Verification of residency  -  Two (2) proofs must be presented. School tax bill, property tax bill, mortgage agreement or lease agreement is MANDATORY plus either a utility bill or cable bill
  • Immunization records
  • Birth certificate with raised seal, OR passport, OR visa
  • Driver's License
