Retirement Announcement - Superintendent of Schools
The Millbrook Central School District Board of Education regretfully announces the retirement of our Superintendent, Philip D. D’Angelo, Jr., effective December 31, 2019. Phil’s leadership and commitment to the district have been instrumental in transforming MCSD into a top performing district and we will miss his professionalism and dedication. We wish him happiness and good health in his future endeavors.
As we transition, we have begun the search for an interim, as well as, a permanent superintendent. Our plan is to fill the vacancy with an interim superintendent (Jan 1 - Jun 30) while we conduct a thorough search for a permanent replacement to take the reins on July 1.
