On December 8th all MMS students participated in the Hour of Code, an annual event organized by Library Media Specialist Cathie Morton in collaboration with the Science Department. Guest speaker Dov Frankel, an app developer and graduate of Arlington High School, presented to all of the Science classes and then led students through a computer science coding activity. The Hour of Code is an international initiative designed to raise the awareness of the importance of computer science education in schools.
