The Millbrook Jazz Ensemble is comprised of 9-12 grade (and select middle school) students.  Jazz Ensemble is an auditioned group that meets once a week in the evening. Students study, learn, and perform many different type of jazz styles and literature as well as basic improvisational techniques.  There are several performances throughout the year that members are expected to attend. Some performances include the Barnes and Noble Music Fundraiser, Jazz Clinic, and Taste of Millbrook. The jazz ensemble also competes annual at the Music In The Parks competition.  The Jazz ensemble participates in the High School Winter Concert, Music In Our Schools Month Concert, and the High School Spring Arts Festival.

Prerequisite: Student currently in High School Concert Band or Chorus or permission of instructor.  *See Mr. Dunninger for audition information*.
